Senior positions (i.e. manager, senior leads and above) are offered at a service rate of 18% the base compensation, for which a PLANC referred candidate would be eligible in the first year of employment.
When directed to source executive and senior management positions, a $5000 retainer fee would apply; this fee would be deducted from the final placement fee.
Intermediate, trades and other positions are offered at a service rate between 15% of the base compensation, for which a PLANC referred candidate, would be eligible in the first year of employment.

This service is the same as Contract-Temp, however after 6 months you are able to turn the employees you select over to permanent employees. There is a buy-out fee that is required to convert the employee from contract-temp to permanent employee.
